i thought i should be more elaborate on my blogging

so,

yesterday had training

ran a fast 2.4km

did my usual sit-ups and crunches,

then was training time with sir lee,

if i hadn't go to kl with him,

i wouldn't know what went over him.

probably training us so hard after seeing the malaysians' train

how t-shirt was drenched after training yesterday.

to think i thought of not eating recklessly,

but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo,

today was the brother's birthday.

had swensen's with cousins and aunties and grandma,

then just had steamboat for dinner,

and chocolate cake!!!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,

wasted.

hope trainings will be as hard as yesterdays from now on,

or even harder!!

woohoo!

i love mondays!!!( they are training days. :D )
