i should be on a diet.almost everybody's telling me i've gotten fatter.

ok,

updates on both malaysia trips.

first was training trip to kl with instructors and fellow mates.

had fun! with them! woohoo!

then it was malacca trip with family.

well, it was fine.

long car rides...

ate alot (no surprise here)

well,

i thought i should be more elaborate on my blogging

so,

yesterday had training

ran a fast 2.4km

did my usual sit-ups and crunches,

then was training time with sir lee,

if i hadn't go to kl with him,

i wouldn't know what went over him.

probably training us so hard after seeing the malaysians' train

how t-shirt was drenched after training yesterday.

to think i thought of not eating recklessly,

but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo,

today was the brother's birthday.

had swensen's with cousins and aunties and grandma,

then just had steamboat for dinner,

and chocolate cake!!!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,

wasted.

hope trainings will be as hard as yesterdays from now on,

or even harder!!

woohoo!

i love mondays!!!( they are training days. :D )

oh, did i mention that i watched SUPERMAN while waiting for erjie's hair to dry,

so that she can sleep.

she asked me to wait with her, in the end, she slept while watching SUPERMAN!!!

back from kl trip!

had much fun there.

the ride doesnt seem long with them. haha!

partly because sir lee keeps walking around and playing with us.

damn funny.

sir tian soon made this joke about declaration on sir alan.

haha. HEE-LEH-RI-YEARS!

anyways, malaysian's ramly burgers super nice.

ate the chicken one on the first day for lunch,

and da-bao-ed beef one for dinner today!

yum!

ate alot there.

must train and work off the calories gained tmr.

anyways,

reached kl at 4+ in the evening

went klcc to shop.

there was a&w!!!!

had the must-have root beer float and erjie had her waffles

most time at klcc was wasted on erjie finding her hair clip

doh!

then went to the hotel,

which was in the middle of the so-called chinatown of malaysia

shopping!!!

it was raining,

but still, shopping!!!

nice place to shop,

but i don't like the bargaining.

kinda regretted not buying more stuffs.

bought only one shirt ):

well, erjie got 2 tops, bought the brother a wallet (nice sisters we are, no?)

walked the streets for a total of 3 times.

should go there and shop again.

then it was dinner!

at some stall,

ordered nasi pattaya, which i kinda regretted at first, because i don't really eat rice, but it's nice!

erjie ordered tom yam

she claimed it was too hot,

so we exchanged,

then she wants to drink the soup.

in the end, we shared the 2 dishes.

then walked around the streets again,

went back to the hotel, rested awhile, then went down to shop again

then at around 10.10pm, we went back to the hotel to bathe then went to sir lee's room for meeting

next day, PLANNED to wake up at 6, in the end, snoozed the alarm till 6.30am

went down for breakfast and gathered at 8 to head to the school

had training with them.

regretted not going for full contact sparring with them.

sighs.

forgot to bring guards, what you want me to do?

actually, also abit scared of them la

haha.

then around 10.30am, headed back to the hotel to bathe and checked out.

had kfc lunch at some shopping centre then on the road back home liao.

no more!

went to meet up for lunch with elaine, adriel, marcus and denise

had pastamania with much consideration

was MUCH, MUCH better than tm's (the pasta only)

soup sucked.

went to marcus' house to slack, talk cock

and he cross breeds them anyhow-ly

incest!

after that, had to fetch sister from school and denise had training,

so denise went off then we head to my house.

watched dvd then marcus went of to apply for driving thing.

ron, pie and aaron came by and we watched until elaine and adriel had to go off.

watched another dvd halfway, had dinner, continued and then finish liao talk cock again.

then they went off. it was a fun day, talking crap and stuffs.

and i'm gonna join ron they all for capoeira (i think)

anyways,

i haven't pack yet, haha.

i woke up later than 9.30 am for the first time during the holidays!
everything kinda sucks
my gpa deproved,
my neck still hurts,
my cows are still sore from training.
anyways,last night was d&d

jiaying was BE-U-TEE-FUL!!!
the food was nice,
but the whole d&d was, well, horny
well, had fun just being with them!

well, i am too.
i ate almost a tub of chocolate fudge brownie and three additional scoops of ice cream while out at bugis with them.
i deserve a pat on the back.
on the side note, i've been to bugis 3 times this week alr! tsk. rare happening. i believe something catastrophic is going to happen.
